We welcome Dn. Paul and Mat. Sarah as he fulfills his summer internship from his studies at St. Tikhon's Orthodox Theological Seminary. 

Deacon Paul Schlafer, recently finished his 2nd year at St. Tikhon’s, comes from Cleveland, Ohio. On May 11, Paul was ordained to the Holy Diaconate at Holy Trinity Cathedral in Chicago, by His Eminence, Archbishop Daniel.  For over a decade before arriving at seminary, Paul attended St. Nicholas OCA Parish in Mentor (Diocese of the Midwest) with his wife Sarah, and their 3 sons.

May he find his time with us this summer fruitful as he prepares for his life as a minister in Christ's Holy Church!
